Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
Refunds depend on the meal-prep stage and delivery schedule. Our support team can review your case individually.
Is there a loyalty program?

Can I change or pause my plan?
Yes, you can switch plans or pause deliveries anytime through the Salus app or by contacting our care team at least 48 hours before your next delivery.
Do you offer one-time meals?
We have a one-day trial option to get you started but Salus works on a weekly or monthly subscription model. For flexible single-meal options, choose the Business Lunch Plan.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Riyadh, Jeddah, and the Eastern Province, with new areas launching soon.
When will my meals arrive?
Deliveries take place daily within your selected window, usually 6 AM – 1 PM. You’ll receive live updates in the app once your meals are on the way.
How do you keep meals fresh?
All meals are cooked in certified kitchens using locally sourced ingredients and delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to preserve freshness and quality.
